SMS data: As part of our financial services, we request access to your SMS data to collect specific financial-related SMS (e.g., bank transaction notifications). To ensure your privacy, we only use keyword filtering to identify SMS that are directly related to financial activity. We do not collect or access your personal or non-financial SMS.
Our process focuses solely on extracting key information, including financial terms, sender details, timestamps, and content relevant to financial transactions. All collected data is encrypted and securely uploaded to our servers for the sole purpose of credit evaluation.
You have the right to deny this permission at any time. However, refusing access may limit our ability to provide accurate credit assessments or offer personalized financial services. To safeguard your privacy, we ensure that your SMS data will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
Calendar data: We request access to your calendar to collect specific financial-related calendar events. To ensure your privacy, we only use keyword filtering to identify calendar events that are directly related to financial activity. Additionally, we help set repayment reminder events to ensure you pay on time and avoid late fees.
This access is strictly used to create reminders that support your credit health and improve your chances of qualifying for future loans. All reminders are set only with your clear consent and are solely intended for service-related use. You can change or withdraw calendar access permissions anytime in your device settings.
App list data: With your consent, we collect information about the apps installed on your device, including the app name, package name, installation time, update time, version name, and version code. This data is used to assess your creditworthiness and determine loan eligibility, as well as to prevent fraud.
Application screen usage data: We access the screen usage of applications data to understand your habit of using financial apps, and enrich your credit and fraud assessment profile. We will provide a dialogue box on whether to authorize the application to access the screen usage of applications data, and you will have the option of agreeing to this or declining it. Upon your authorization, we will collect the time spent, the frequency of app access, and the duration of your sessions of applications on your device through a filtering mechanism. If you refuse authorization, this means that we cannot access this data.
The permissions we request will be consistent with the service functions provided. All collected data will be securely uploaded to our server(https://api-gh.supporthubgl.com/). If our business functions are adjusted, the device permissions we request will also be adjusted accordingly. We will separately prompt you whether to enable these permissions and explain the purpose of permission requests when we first call the device permissions. Please note that enabling these permissions means you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the above functions. If you disable permissions, you cancel these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect your personal information and cannot provide you with the corresponding functions of these authorizations. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information based on your prior authorization.
